Given the rising concerns relating to Omicron / C-19, we have decided to hold onto the many bottles of Mulled Wine and hundreds of Mince Pies until December 2022 !
We appreciate that for many - including children, grandchildren and great grandchildren - it's difficult to get to church for Christmas, or indeed, it just feels easier to gather outside (weather permitting) to start the festivities, we will be having:
"Carols By Torchlight"
on Sunday 19th December
at 4.30pm
Wrap up warm (in the event that for those who would like to, we can be outside), bring the torches and of course you and your extended families and guests.
All we ask is that you let us know if you'd like to attend, how many will be coming and we'll then be able to cater with mince pies and mulled wine (£1 charge for the wine). We'll also be taking any donations - big or small - if you'd like to donate to club funds .... purely at your discretion.
We'd love you to be there and enjoy this "run up to Christmas" event ....
