We have some exciting news for the club - we have now successfully completed the work to the north and south footpaths to remove the issues we had with uneven surfacing. We obtained three comparative quotes from respective structural surveyors, and opted for Stanbridge Surfacing to complete the work.
Luke Stanbridge is the Grandson of George Rhodes who bowled with CWBC in the 1980's/90's (Peter Hounslow remembers George and shared stories), and Luke's team did a fantastic job for us - you'll see the "before" and "after" pictures below.
Also, we must congratulate the Green Team who, despite the weather, have been out feeding and treating the green, and you'll see from this that we have much to look forward to in 2024.
